Omerta/; Italian pronunciation: [omerˈta]) is a cultural expression and code of honour that places legitimate importance on a deep-rooted family sense of a "code of silence", non-aggravation with authorities, and non-interference in the legal actions of others.
A rule or code that prohibits speaking or divulging information about certain activities, especially the activities of a criminal organization.
We are a GTA V online, mafia themed gaming crew. Omerta was created November 14, 2013. Our family motto is Morte Prima Di Disonor. This is an italian phrase meaning Death Before Dishonor. We expect our members "Made Men" to conduct themselves with respect, honor and loyalty. We accept both male and female members and are always taking new associates into our ranks. Based upon a Made Mans activity level and achievements, they will climb through the ranks of the family. If a member shows they are unable to live up to the families simple rules, a hit order will be made and that member will be "whacked". Removed of family membership and never spoken of again. In our world that member is now "sleeping with the fishes." We dont ask much of our Made Men, our rules and codes are very simple. We are many as individuals but as Omerta Family, we are one! Salud!!
